Abigail and Susan met as classmates in the Brown University School of Public Health in 2020.  Each went on to realize their own paths of bringing mindfulness to the greater population and convened once again with a shared desire to make the life-changing practices they trained in as affordable and easy to access as possible.

Susan Tedesco

Susan discovered Mindfulness formally about over 8 years ago in her search to manage the stress of her busy work and family life.  In 2020, after more than 35 years working in Financial Services, Susan pivoted her life in a different direction to focus more time on practicing and teaching mindfulness.

She is a Yoga Alliance certified (200 H) Yoga teacher.  Her learnings from Brown University's MBSR Teacher program, years of personal yoga, meditation, and mindful practice,  are blended together with her career wisdom to help others reduce their stress and create a sustainable practice that works for them. Her passion is enabling a meaningful, applicable and effective reduction in stress and suffering.

She knows first-hand that in a busy life with work, family and other demands on our time, it’s difficult to stay centered and take care of ourselves. She has learned strategies that have helped her that include mindfulness, meditation, breathing techniques and yoga.

Susan lives south-west of Philly with her husband and Maine Coon cat and frequently can be found outside in the garden, meditating or on her mat.
