The Space Between is a resource for anyone looking to learn a bit more about mindfulness or deepen their practice and explore the space inside the pause:

Our hope is to share our knowledge and experiences to help others develop a meaningful mindful practice. We have found that practicing mindfulness has reduced our anxiety and lowered the amount of stress we feel in our day to day lives. We're looking to spread the calm.​
What do we mean by "The Space Between?"
One of the outcomes from practicing mindfulness is that our brains are re-wired and develop new pathways. As a result, we're able to create a gap or space between a stimulus in our environment and our response to that stimulus.

An example of this might be: when someone cuts you off in traffic while driving home, instead of your pattern of yelling at them and perhaps speeding up to their vehicle, instead, you pause that consider a different response - like not letting it bother you - or perhaps considering they might be heading to a hospital or new to the area and need to be in the lane you're in for an upcoming turn.
