Mindfulness MBSR Classes and Meditation Coaching
Customized mindfulness and meditation sessions are available to meet your needs. These can be arranged for an individual or group. Mindfulness teaching is based upon MBSR created at the Massachusetts School of Medicine by Jon Kabat-Zinn. Sessions can be arranged for 1 hour, 1/2 day, and longer.

Yoga and Mindful Movement Instruction and Coaching
Offerings include custom yoga (Vinyasa) instruction as well as mindful movement classes and can be blended with meditation sessions. Yoga and mindful movement can include Chair Yoga. Pranayama may also be incorporated in sessions. These can be arranged for a group or for private session in 30, 60, and 90 min increments.
